Get active in Greyton

Greyton offers good and safe swimming, canoeing and fishing in the Gobos river which runs through Greyton then joins the Sonderend River at the well known Greyton camp site.

4×4 trails

There are a number of 4×4 trails to be found on a few of the nearby farms.

Mountain Biking and Hiking Trails

Horse riding

There are local horse trail centres, located on a farm nearby, which also provides lessons for novices. Enjoy the mountainsides and surrounds on horseback while passing through fruit orchards and proteas.

Tennis

Greyton has two tennis courts situated next to the Village Green on Main Road.
Permits are available from Osman Store on the corner of Main Road and Oak Street.

Bowling Club

Greyton also has a Bowling Club situated at the lower end of the village. Please enquire at the front security.
